Wassup I'm back with a new recipe. So I know people might say it isn't Christmas anymore why are you talking about peppermint, and to them I say anytime in the winter is peppermint time! This recipe for peppermint bark is good for any winter party or hanging out at a campfire with. As usual you want to make sure you have all of the ingredients before you start cooking. Ingredients 1 cup of crushed peppermint 2 pounds of white chocolate peppermint flavoring is optional Directions Put the peppermint in a plastic bag and crush into 1/4-inch chunks or smaller. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Combine candy cane chunks with chocolate and if you want peppermint flavoring. Pour mixture onto a cookie sheet covered with wax paper and put in the refrigerator for 45 minutes or until firm. Remove from cookie sheet and break into pieces http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/paula-deen/peppermint-bark-recipe.html?oc=linkback | http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/paula-deen/peppermint-bark-recipe.html |
